My Mom is Crafty, 222/365

I love spending time with my mom. So when she told me she was taking a few days off to play arts and crafts for Melanie’s bat mitzvah, I was super excited to be a part of it. Yesterday, I spent the day filling tins of jelly beans because I apparently am not crafty enough for picture frame making. Lucky for my mom, I am super talkative and super fun so she at least wasn’t bored while she did the important work. But in all seriousness, I had not idea my mom was this crafty. I mean, she does knit and makes socks, but fabric picture frames? Cute table cards? Where does she come up with this stuff? I knew she used to quilt, and was really good at it but I haven’t seen her be crafty like this for years. This bat mitzvah is no doubt going to be amazing!

I think I am still peeling this crap off my hands.

So much girly-ness!!!

This is my favorite of all the frames. I told mom I want one for a pic of my friend Kendra and I for when we run the Disney Princess Half Marathon!

So much pretty-ness too!!

The back of mine (blue) vs.  perfectionist’s Mom’s.

Whatevs, turned out good!
