The Sush, the Sush, the Sush is on fire! Sorry. That is what I hear in my head when I call my cat the Sush (short for Sushi).
You never see this cat on the blog. She sleeps under my bed until she can hear the creak of the can opening to signal dinner time. And then usually will cuddle with us and stay up for a few hours before she joins her comrades on the end of the bed at bed time. But when that Christmas tree goes up she is out and about a suspicious amount. She attempts to reach the ornaments, swats at the branches, stretches on the trunk, and loves ruining the perfectly positioned tree skirt. And she models but only under the tree. I am a lucky pet owner, all of them seem to put up with me taking pictures of them. Even look right at me sometimes! But when Sush looks at me, I know she is more or less plotting my death. Here are some of my favs from my 3.5 minute session with Sushi. And PS – the color for my logo was for some reason in fuschia already and I sorta liked it, so I didn’t change it to blue like usual. I figured it can be the Sush’s color.
See? Smelling, pawing, rubbing her face all up on it.
See? Does this face not say either feed me more or I will claw your eyes out?
“Ok, I will cooperate for a few photos. I am pretty cute after all.”
This is what she looks like when Ollie is about to attack her. Pounce mode.
