Michelle & Manny – Gramercy Mansion

Saturday was such a blast!! I had such an incredible time photographing these two beautiful people’s wedding. First and foremost, if you are thinking this room looks familiar it’s because I was in the exact room the day before with Erica and her bridesmaids. Totally awesome, right? I arrived amidst hairspray and makeup and Michelle’s amazing friends telling funny stories about her and Michelle and Manny together. Michelle and Manny met at work and they kept it on the down low for a while that they were dating. But when they did let the cat out of the bag, one of the first people to find out was the matron of honor, Theresa. Manny apparently used to visit everyone’s desk in the office, chit chatting and saying hi, until Michelle started working there. He started to reserve his visits for her. Theresa told a funny story at the reception during her speech about how Michelle used to get lunch with her and then started getting lunch with Manny. One day Theresa asked her what she was doing for lunch and she said that if it was nice out her and Manny were going to go lay in the grass at the lake across the street and look at the sky. Theresa pretty much decided that this was a match made in heaven, since Manny seemed to go along with the idea with no hesitation. Sounds like it was truly meant to be!

Michelle and Manny are having a staycation – I am hoping they are picking apples at orchards and visiting vineyards and really getting some awesome down time this week. Michelle and Manny, I heart you both so much! And can’t wait to get you in front of my camera again!

First looks are so fun!

This bouquet was so gorgeous! So fall!

I think this is a good one to end on. 🙂

Jenn Cafferty-Davis - Gorgeous! I’m jealous of all these mansions you get to visit. We don’t have much like that where I live. Where do you get your actions?
