High Five for Friday!!

Dudes. A year ago tomorrow was my last day at my full time job before pursuing just one full time career, photography. What a year it has been!! I remember that I was so worried I would be so bored sitting at home and not have enough photography work to do and was scared I would never shower again or wear anything but my Gap sweatpants. The good news is that I have not once been bored and I still shower daily. Although, I do wear Gap sweatpants nearly everyday. Meh, you win some, you lose some. I love being able to say that I am super proud of myself for having the guts to take the leap and build a, so far, super successful photography business. I, of course, had an amazing and supportive network of family and friends encouraging me along the way even when I wasn’t sure it would ever work. Except my brother Brett, who actually stated I was nuts to quit my full time, awesome benefits and decent paying job during a recession, although I am sure he was just kidding and had total faith in me. Right, Brett? (Just testing to see if any of my family still reads my blog…) Anyway, enough with the sentimental, sappy stuff. I am just super happy!!!

__________

But I’m not happy that I have nothing to sled on!

__________

Seriously.

__________

__________

I need to do this. My eyes are nuts when I cut an onion.

__________

So good to know.

 __________

I do wonder what people are thinking at the gym. A lot.

__________

10 uses for vodka….rather than drinking it!

__________

Is it true?? Is Kate having a girl??? Confirmation, damnit!!

__________

The Dude who Inspired the Big Lebowski!!! I’ve always wondered this!

__________

And lastly – how sad is this??? I can’t imagine a highway filled with lego pieces!!

Kathy - Hate to burst the reverse pin bubble – http://www.snopes.com/business/bank/pinalert.asp. I thought that was such a good idea only to find out the banks don’t want the technology. SO lame.
