This past weekend I had the pleasure of photographing Lauren and Steve’s awesome wedding at the Engineer’s Club. It was incredible to say the least!! I really adore this couple. They met on match.com. They emailed back and forth for a few weeks and then Steve was never to be heard from again. A year later, they both joined match one last time and having no recollection of ever emailing her the first time, Steve messaged Lauren. She knew exactly who he was. A few months later, they book their first vacation together to Disney World and Steve books dinner for Lauren’s birthday in Cinderella’s Castle. And this happened:
Lauren is so chill and laid back, hates being the center of attention and dislikes too much makeup. Steve is funny, has a charming smile, has one automatic pose and you can tell he doesn’t take things too seriously. Together they have hysterical and amazing friends and such a loving family and I had such an incredible time Saturday getting to know them all. Lauren and Steve are now in Mexico for their honeymoon!! And hopefully, they are drinking delicious tropical drinks and soaking up the sun and finding internet to see these awesome photos!!!

Dad seeing her for the first time. Total cuteness!
This is Steve’s I’m not going to cry face. I promise.
They used sprinkles instead of rice!!! So sweet!!

I had never been the Engineer’s Club before but I already can’t wait to go back!! The staff was amazing and the venue itself is just super cool!!
After the bridal party was introduced and before Lauren and Steve came out – the Oriole Bird made an appearance!!!
Seriously. This room is amazing!
