I absolutely adore these two lovebirds. Maybe it’s because they live in Frederick and I think Frederick people are super cool. Maybe it’s because they are two of the most caring and sweet individuals in the world. Or maybe it’s because they have a dog named Mosby which also means they love How I Met Your Mother as much as I do. All of those things just make me want to squeeze their cheeks and give them big hugs because they are just so gosh darn cute. Their love story starts in September 2005 at Shenandoah University where they met how everyone meets – at a mutual friends get together in a dorm room. But it took Mike until October 2006 to finally work up enough courage to ask Tracy out on their first date. And then 5 years later around Christmas time, when all Tracy wanted to do was stay in and watch holiday movies and finish wrapping presents, Mike wanted to go out. But Mike, the wife is just always right (hehe) and I am so glad you knew that even before you got married. They stayed in, watched The Holiday, and during the movie Mike muted it, stood in front of Tracy, got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Regardless of where this proposal was supposed to take place, this ended up being a perfect evening.
Which brought us to this past Saturday at one of my favorite wedding venues where Tracy and Mike got married in front of so many awesome family members and friends. Tracy and Mike are sticking around town this week (tropical vacation is in the works perhaps this summer) but they are off work and enjoying their first few days of married life together. 🙂 So cute. More cheek pinching and hugs necessary.

3 babies almost all looking at my camera! I’ll take it!
So much pretty decor! I loved the watering cans.
Guys. This is how you cry when your bride is walking down the aisle. Please take note. I was silently sobbing behind my camera. But definitely not as much as Mike. This made my heart very happy for these two.
Didn’t take much to get her to actually swing in her wedding dress. Loveeeeed it!!
Cute baby alert.
You get three seconds to think about who this fella looks like putting the garter on…3…..2…..1….. NICK MILLER from New Girl! Just way taller (or maybe not, I just have no clue how tall anyone is on that show.)
I know, I know, I do this too much, but I just think every couple deserves a cool night time shot. Especially when there are pretty lights in the background!
on any of these fine social media platforms…
I’m based in Maryland, DC and Northern VA but don’t worry, I LOVE to travel.
I love me a new passport stamp.
