For Meagan and Rick, it was literally love at first site. Rick was playing in his awesome blues band at the Beale Street Grille’s first ever Blues Festival.  Rick looked out in to the crowd, their eyes met, Meagan smiled back at him and the rest is history. I knew when I met with them that they were just so cool and over the top in love with each other. Meagan was at Georgetown studying to be a nurse and Rick had lived an amazing life traveling the world looking for his one true love. I’m so glad he found that in Meagan, because they are perfect for each other.

Meagan & Rick – I hope your life together is so full and wonderful. You really are two of the sweetest people to ever be in front of my camera. I hope your time off is amazing and I really can’t wait to see where this journey takes the two of you. 🙂

It was totally starting to down pour but the light was just so amazing. We shot until the rain was coming down too hard and Meagan was seriously such a trooper and didn’t seem to mind one bit.

The rain cleared off right before the ceremony started and stayed away the rest of the night.

So worth standing in the merky water. Love this shot.
