This past week I went up to New Jersey again for a wedding and for another Torrey. This one is near and dear to my heart as she was my big sis in college. But enough about her and I, I told you enough about us at their engagement session. Torrey and Dave met on Halloween. Dave was bartending and dressed as……..drum roll…….a bartender! Torrey on the other hand was dressed as a fish. Given the saying “there are plenty of fish in the sea,” it was pretty awesome that very night, Dave was able to find his fish. 🙂
They got married in a small, adorable church that means a lot to Torrey and her family and we gallivanted around the grounds of Princeton for their photos. They walked down the aisle to this and seriously, it wouldn’t be them otherwise. It was an absolutely adorable day in every way possible (well, maybe except for it being the hottest day of the year so far, but we handled that pretty well). I felt like the day suited them to a t and that it was wonderfully quirky in every way.
Torrey and Dave – I hope you are having an amazing time in Antigua! Have you figured out where the heck it is yet? Or does it not even matter? I hope you are having an amazing time because you totally deserve it. I can’t wait to see where this crazy life takes you two lovebirds!! Thank you for allowing me to capture your big day!!
While the girls finished getting ready, I headed back to the house to photograph Dave and some details.
Princeton is massively gorgeous! So are these two lovebirds!
Loved this idea – photos lined the aisles from the time the moms were pregnant up to the first row being their engagement photos.
Loved that Torrey shared a surprise dance with her mom.
Hood Girls!!! Classes of ’03, ’04 and ’05, plus some graduate degrees acquired from Hood in ’07 and ’09!! Woot Woot!

I’m based in Maryland, DC and Northern VA but don’t worry, I LOVE to travel.
I love me a new passport stamp.
