Well, it’s time to take off. At least, after nearly two weeks away, it is supposed to be time to take off and head home. I’m hoping the freezing rain in Austin and the snow in Maryland don’t muck up those plans because I have some puppies at home that are overdue for some snuggles. Regardless of how I am happy to be heading home, it has been an awesome trip. Especially being in Austin. I know I just blogged pictures of these pretty people, but I took more so I am going to blog more so you can meet Brandon too. Janice and Brandon are two of the most kind hearted people you will ever meet. Every year I come down here and feel right at home. I get totally spoiled. The tea kettle is turned on as soon as I walk downstairs, there is an endless supply of some sort of food to stuff into a tortilla, there are little boys to make me want to have kids and totally kick my butt in every game they can think of and there is just so much love and joy that spreads into my heart. So cheesy, right? But I’m serious. I go home wanting to dance and sing louder, serve others wholeheartedly, and love so much deeper. I already can’t wait until my next visit!
