It seems fitting that this post didn’t go up yesterday. I had every intention of getting up, drinking my tea, and going about my day as usual but other plans were made for me. Instead I spent hours downstairs in my basement bucketing water from my sump pump well thingy majiggy to the sink because my sump pump was no bueno. So, I chuckled when I thought, whose wedding was I going to blog today, ohhhhhh, yes. Real estate extraordinaire, Alicyn Delzoppo and her lovely husband Mike. It’s truly only funny because Alicyn was our real estate agent and sold me my dream home. Real estate is also how her and Mike met. After receiving a postcad in the mail, Mike decided to list his home with the Creig Northrop Team, Alicyn was the one assigned to his sale. Mike was supposed to be a quick sell, 30-60 days max but that was in 2009 and they are still going strong. It definitely wasn’t a match made in heaven considering Mike had a knack for making Alicyn absolutely crazy by not returning calls, texts, or emails for weeks at a time, an integral part of buying/selling homes. But eventually his home sold, and even though Mike probably still makes her crazy, she said yes years later.

Alicyn and Mike – I hope you are eating tons of lamb, eggplant, and greek yogurt! And watching some beautiful sunsets. You two were so much fun to work with this past year. I can only hope our professional relationship turns into a really awesome friendship! Thanks for being so awesome!!
