Saturday was rainy, gross, and dreary. I spent my morning pacing my kitchen waiting for my green monster to blend and then sitting in the car biting my nails the whole way to the Elkridge Furnace Inn. I called Lauren. Told her I am scared of this rain. So scared, so nervous. I can’t shoot outside in this rain. I love to shoot outside. I practically only shoot outside. Especially at the Inn. All the good spots are OUTSIDE! I force couples outside in the freezing cold because I know they will like their pictures so much more if we shoot outside. When we got to the Inn, Lauren watched as I frantically ran around to find potential locations that would live up to the gorgeousness of the couple. And of course posed myself as I was going to pose the couple – always fun to watch. Lucky for me, I remembered there were two covered porches and while it was going to be wet – we would still have the outside light and we were still going to have fun.
So, Meghan & Tony – these are your teasers. I could not have been more pleased with how they all turned out. Your love and the friends and family you shared it with made this dreary day just simply perfect. Meghan, you looked absolutely stunning, and Tony, so handsome. I hope that even on rainy days the sun shines on the two of you. Thanks so much for allowing me to document you awesome day!
I love these.
Happy 80th Birthday, Bridie!!
Lauren, you are the best. Thanks for standing on things, reaching high up things, laying on the ground and getting me cokes. I heart you!!
