I have known Shanna since only a few weeks after I started my first job post college. We were instant friends since we shared the early morning shift at work and she was my age and super fun. It has been 6 years and while we may not see each other as often as we once did, everything picks up right where it left off when we do see each other – just how I like it.

I have been looking forward to this shoot for months – mostly because I knew how ridiculously fun it was going to be – I mean how could it not? Shanna and Brian are beyond goofy and believe they aren’t photogenic. Which is just nuts you will soon find out. They have had this shoot mapped out since before the date was actually set and I have been super excited ever since I saw their blog post on their tumblr site about where they wanted to go. So many fun places and so much http://imagineear.com/pharmacy/buy-valium/ time! And free dinner at another cool hipster restaurant! I am one lucky photog!!

This amazing little creature is Oslo. He is a total ham.

We started in their home because they have some fabulous brick walls!

The theme of their weddings is books. Not libraries, not the decimal system, just books. And I heart that idea so we incorporated some of that into some of the shots.

There was a time when Shanna and Brian knew they were going to get married, they just didn’t know where, when or how. They would walk by this very spot and say how cool it would be to come back here for a few shots at their engagement session. I hearted that little story.
