This past weekend I had the pleasure of having an incredible time photographing Elizabeth and Tyler’s wedding at The Maryland Club. I love that I get to end the wedding season with these two love birds. They met when they were just 16 and fell in love not long after. Their relationship survived not only the weird awkward high school years but also a distance of 1400 miles for 4 years throughout college. After 7 and a half years of dating, Tyler proposed on a hike on the Catoctin Mountain. I actually think the 1 corinthians 13 verse is written for them and I was so glad to hear it read at their ceremony. Love really never fails.
As always it was amazing working with the lovely ladies from Giuseppes Hair Studio, Rutland Beard Florist and of course, the awesome Sugarbakers.
These crazy kids caught a 6am flight to Belize the morning after their wedding and are spending a few days in the jungle before soaking it up and relaxing resort style. I truly hope they have an incredible time and are excited to come home to so many amazing photos!!
Liz did her own makeup and she did amazing!! Her eyes popped and it lasted all night!
I’m loving that my brides are getting their bridesmaids toms for the reception these days, it is such a good idea!!
These girls were so great. Seriously loved them!
Stunning!
We played with this mirror a lot because Liz’s mom got ready in this very room for her own wedding and has photos in this very mirror with her mom. I loved it.
That funny and awkward moment when the groom puts the ring on the wrong finger…. 🙂
I loved all of their first dance pictures. This crowd was full of amazing dancers, these two as well!
This lady is the mom of the bride’s best friend. They have known each other since they were 3! And she had an amazing voice and sang us a Christmas carol. It was beautiful!
on any of these fine social media platforms…
