I cannot even begin to explain the cuteness that Julie and Opie have created. Jakob is the sweetest, most precious creature ever. As soon as I walk into Jules’ house she just hands him to me. I had no time to get acclimated to the situation or even put my keys down before she is holding him up to me to take him. As a big sister to three siblings, I have held a newborn on many occasions, but newborns that are not part of my family I can count on one hand and make a peace sign – 2: Abigail’s beautiful Gabriel and Julie’s Jakob.

I can tell you this much, I did not want to put Jakob down. Julie said to me at one point – you can put him in his bassinet…and I said ok…and then held him for about 10 more minutes.  🙂 He is that precious!!! And he was sleeping, which made him all the more adorable.

I took some cute photos of the little guy. I’m sure there will be many more posts like this one so I’m not even calling them teasers.  🙂

I think I took like 60 photos of this kids toes! They were so cute! He had toenails! And they were so tiny!
