On the same night as some very peaceful protests in Baltimore, I got to photograph Erinn and Bryan’s engagement session in Harboreast and the Inner Harbor. While helicopters circled overhead and we were stumped as to what was going on, we laughed about their hysterical height difference, wearing heels on cobblestone streets and their love story – which started when Erinn had just gotten out of college and wanted to date someone who was a little bit more put together than the recent college grad. Lucky for her, she found that in Bryan who helped her navigate through her first grown up job and all that comes with it: the waking up early, the 401k, etc, etc. It was adorable hearing them talk about it. And how sweet is it that on the day of their engagement session, they thought of my son and brought the cutest little outfits for him. I loved getting to know these two and hope they continue to laugh and giggle together forever.
