I love when friends become parents. Nick and Rachel become parents to the sweetest baby girl a couple weeks ago. They are falling into their roles of mommy and daddy perfectly and are clearly totally smitten by this little lady. Rachel said “oh my gosh, you are so cute” to Elizabeth when she looked at her and asked me if that feeling ever fades. I easily answered it doesn’t. I can still picture Charlie as a baby and being obsessed with him. It only gets better – and worse because toddlers are crazy – but always still better.
